About the Artist: Sal Kimber

We wanted to celebrate original Australian music to help spread the word about our Australian grown, Australian made treat. So naturally we were delighted when Sal Kimber took on the project and went into the studio with renowned musician and sound production guru Isaac Barter to write and record our very own jingle.

Sal is one of Australia’s foremost singer/songwriters, with a back catalogue of quintessentially Australian stories, sung in her mesmerizing voice with original alt-country vibes.

Sal’s soulful music and connection with her audience at live gigs has delighted a legion of loyal fans; from music festivals to intimate venues right across Australia. Sal has toured nationally with industry legends like The Waifs and recently appeared with Mick Thomas (Weddings Parties Anything) in a run of sold out performances of the musical Vandemonian Lags along with an incredible ensemble featuring You Am I’s Tim Rogers, WPA’s Jen Anderson, Claire-Anne Taylor and national treasure Brian Nankervis, to name a few.
